"The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was very clean and the kitchen served lovely meals. Bakarac is very small and quiet, and not much to do, but I found my two-day stay very relaxing."

"It is really lovely for a one night stop over… it is basic, but clean and the air conditioning unit in the room was a godsend :) The location is a very quiet village / town, small with a stone beach which the property is very close to… we went for a really lovely walk in the morning, along the ‘beach’ follow the track and you come to the opening of the sea … really beautiful :) … just a tip: we couldn’t find the location with the address, use the coordinates which you can ‘copy’ from the ‘directions’ section in booking.com… The staff were super lovely, we eat a vegan diet and they went out of their way to make sure we had some food before we left :) and they also gave us some great tips on where to explore in beautiful Croatia :) thanks so much :)"

"Like other reviews have mentioned, the walls are thin so you can hear everything, including people snoring in other rooms… but nothing a great pair of ear plugs couldn’t handle (which fortunately we had) :)"

"We had car troubles and stayed at this hotel for one night. I really liked it, the room was small but very clean, and the internet was good. The staff was polite and friendly. The hotel is connected to a restaurant, and we had a delicious dinner there, but be aware that the portions are huge. The room had minimal amenities, but the sea is very close by, and there's a pine park nearby as well. The room rate included a very tasty breakfast. We left extremely satisfied."

"As for the negatives, I want to mention the very poor sound insulation. There was a guy snoring all night next door."
