"We stayed in a premium room that had a balcony with 2 sun beds in the block just above the swim up rooms where our sons had a room. The room was very well sound proofed. In the 2 weeks I didnt hear any annoying noise/other guests/rowdy bar noise or anything. Probably one of the quietest rooms ever. The location between the two villages/towns of Brela and Baska connected by a pedestrian sea side pavement walk was perfect. The walk into Baska was a little easier. There were some steps on the path into Brela."

"Room service was very poor and the choice of meal options to eat in like burgers/pizzas (i.e. for teenage boys who cant be bothered to walk into th villages). Was very limited. Some of the staff were not keen to help always and often things had to be chased up. EG I ordered black tea from the pool bar and asked for milk, it came without which I pointed out as it was brought to the table, after 15 minutes i had to go back in again and get the milk myself from the bar staff (3 of them standing doing not much). Not a major problem but that sort of thing was repeated a number of times."

"Very friedly staff, very good food, very clean and very thing was amazing. Only thing I didn’t like is that there was no water to drink, 5 euro for a bottle of water is a bit too much but apart from that it’s all good"

"Beautiful location, a wonderful terrace at the restaurant, and live music every evening in the hotel bar – yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxed whenever you want it. There’s also a water park for children nearby, which is a great bonus for families."

"Valet parking – the car is not parked in front of the hotel and parking is charged extra, which is not clearly mentioned anywhere. Usually, 5-star hotels offer a kids’ room or entertainment area for younger and older children, which we missed a bit here. And one last small note – sunbeds and umbrellas are not included and need to be paid for."

"Jugs of tap water should be available on request for the evening meal. Shouldn't have to pay for bottled water. Small details like no tissues in bathroom, no towel rail. Minor details make all the difference."

"A lot of the time the food was warm or cold. To many bloody steps. The wife and I have bad knees and we were told that because we booked a room with the infinity pool outside our room that we would have a separate entrance and we could also park our car behind the hotel BUT on arrival we were told that had to use the hotel entrance and EVERY BLINKING DAY WE WOULD HAVE TO CLIMB ABOUT 100 STAIRS EVERY-TIME WE LEFT OUR ROOM - not bloody happy 😡"
