"This studio apartment is functionally but fully furnished, clean, and properly supplied with essentials like dish soap, paper products and even extra toiletries. The location is about a 7-minute walk from the old city, just tucked away from the main streets so there is less disturbance from traffic noise or pedestrians. Convenience store and cafe both steps away along this pedestrian street!"

"Not negatives so much as things to know in advance: limited hot water capacity, so keep your shower short or turn the water off when not needed; shutters over the windows help keep the heat out but limit views; the place is smaller than the photos make it appear."

"The apartment is located near the city centre, noise from the street is noticeable but one can always close the windows. It's in an old house which was reconstructed to a holiday rental apartment, quite succesfuly for such a property. Quite a comfortable place, only the mattress is too soft. The stairs from ground level are rather narrow and steep, but one can manage. The hosts are very kind and helpful - I thought that I've lost my keys and they immediately provided spare ones. Fortunately, I found them later."

"Great location, walkable to the old town and 15-20 minutes to beaches. Everything was clean and exactly as in pictures"

"Bathroom was incredibly small, there was no space to hang anything like beach towels or bathers which was hard for a coastal location and such a small room, so the room felt very cramped and was hard to dry our stuff. Also one of the windows for fresh air was near a backyard of a smoker so room smelt of cigarettes if we wanted the window open."

"Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and utensils, and essential cooking items, which meant we could cook dinner and breakfasts. Bathroom had a range of toiletries and had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. the TV had English and Croatian channels. The host was lovely and so easy to get in touch with if we had any issues. This apartment gave us everything we needed for the week, it is a small studio but perfect for couples and at an affordable price!"

"We had a slight issue getting hot water in the shower on the first day, we contacted the owner and the issue was resolved straight away."

"Fantastic location, it was close to the city centre (only a 5 minute walk). We had a small store a few metres away. The apartment had working ac and warm water in the shower. It was also very clean. The owner also left toiletries in the bathroom which was nice."

"Everything was excellent: location, size of the apartment and hosts. Delightful couple, always there to help. We had a minor problem with a safe when we arrived and they solved it in let than 30 minutes. We had a great experience in Split."

Domaćini fantastični, sve čisto i savršeno, u centru..minutica do trga Gaja Bulata, trgovina na nekoliko metara, pekarnica na još nekoliko, u sobi max tv, kuhalo za kavu, hladnjak, voda za tuširanje uvijek topla..Doista je bilo sve izvrsno, vraćam se svakako i za Advent."
