"The Location is really amazing in the Split Old town with the Golden Gate and Silver Gate of Diocletian's Palace just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and there are numerous food options fine dining, fast food, ice-creams etc inside the Diocletian's Palace. There were 2 supermarkets just 2 minutes from the Apartment so you can buy groceries & utility items and cook your own food in the apartment kitchen. The apartment had a comfortable bed, table chairs, kitchen with utensils and spacious bathroom with geyser for hot water, washing machine & TV. Overall we had a really nice stay for the 4 nights we booked and Goga was a really nice host. She checked our arrival time and it was a bit late in the night around 10.30-11PM and she was available to handover the keys to us and also explain different aspects of the equipment to be used in the apartment. Highly recommend staying here when in Split."

"Kindhearted and helpful host - Goga. Good location and comfortable, well-equipped groundfloor apartment in a quiet cul de sac up the hill from the port and old city. 5 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace, the Cathedral and etc. 2 small supermarkets and several restaurants nearby, plenty more in old city and along the harbour waterfront. Easy to walk around town, felt safe at any time of day. Several bus stations in reasonable walking distance. Good public transport, we found the buses and ferries easy to book and use. If you have the time, its well worth taking daytrips out to Roman ruined city of Solin, smaller port town of Trogir and Klis fortress (featured in GoT)."

"Excellent location, a few minutes walk from ferry terminal, bus station and all the activity of the old town. Simple apartment but has everything you need for a visit to Split."

"No breakfast booked. Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the port and there were also shops nearby where I could buy food. The proprietor lived onsite and was helpful when it turned out that I had not booked a third night as I thought I had. Good bathroom and plenty of space to sit down to read or eat. There were also a table and chairs outside and a washing-line."

"The owner was very nice and welcoming! The apartment had everything you might need for staying a few days - laundry machine, a full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The best aspect was how close it was to everything and how convenient it made the stay!"

"Location was perfect. Very safe and quiet yet really close to supermarket, ferries, market and old town. Also short stroll to beach. We loved sitting in the outdoor terrace area after busy days. The place was really cute and whilst small was great value for money"

"The location was super convenient. The house is quintessentially representative of the city's architecture and hence definitely an authentic experience. The balcony/terrace outside is a nice place to hang out with a drink. I frankly spent more time there coz it was open and so spacious. The hosts stay in the apartment above, so its super convenient in case of any emergency although I didnt encounter any and only met the nice lady during checkin and she was quite friendly and clear with the instructions."

"Nothing I touched in the course of the regular stay seemed unclean per se... But the apartment felt rather casually and hurriedly cleaned because I could easily spot spiderwebs on the door hinges and ceiling lights, which gave me a bit of an ick. The room is as visible in the photographs so this was fully expected, but there's way more furniture stuffed than necessary, making the space just OK for a solo traveler but definitely tricky for a couple to navigate. This wasnt a major peeve but its a tight neighborhood so if the neighbors have a loud get together or argument outdoors, it definitely gets in the way. I had to step out of the room to let them know I was around and then they kindly lowered the volume courteously afterwards."
