"The apartment is very close to the center. You can reach everything on foot in 10 - 15 minutes. There is a very cozy brunch place 5 minutes from the apartment. There were four of us in the apartment, and there was enough space. The apartment itself is rather small but well equipped. Also, the host is a very friendly and accommodating person."

"It's a bit of a bummer that you always have to go through the other room to go to the toilet, as the rooms are connected and you don't have as much storage space in the rooms. Otherwise, we liked it very much."

"This accomodation is the best cost benefit in town, it has a good size, all basic things in the house, comfortable bed and air conditioning. It's 5 minutes walking from downtown with all the attractions. On the corner of the street there's a good bakery to have a quick breakfast and if you prefer, 3 minutes to fancier places. There's also a small grocery store to refill. The owner is a lovely person who knows everything about the city and can guide you anywhere. I absolutely recommend the experience."

"Communication could have been much better. I did not, in fact, stay at Dondas. I got a message telling me to go to another address - no directions. Fortunately I met a local who helped me. I had been moved to Gold Apts. They turned out to be very nice but it is unsettling to suddenly find yourself not at the place you chose."

"Very nice and safe place just near the city center. Surroundings were quiet, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. I booked it in the very last moment, and the stuff met me on place in 30 minutes. Great stay, thanks!"

"Nos encantó la hospitalidad,nos ayudó a encontrar aparcamiento y nos acercó en su coche hasta el apartamento hablaba un poquito español y nos ayudó muchísimo,cuando estás han lejos de casa da gusto que te traten tan bien,la cocina completamente preparada con todo los utensilios. En el centro no tuvimos que coger el coche en ningún momento,nos hizo sentir como en casa y se agradece muchísimo sin duda volvería a escoger este apartamento 🤍"

"Plenty of space - we had three apartments surrounding the little courtyard. Location was great - easy walk to Marjan or the central old town. Host Natali also gave us some great recommendations for sights and restaurants."

"In the biggest ground floor unit the ac was in the kitchen area rather than the bedroom so you had to leave the door open to get the air to circulate through, and you had to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second. Wasn’t an issue for our kids but something to consider if you are booking a place w friends or want to be able to get to the bathroom at night without interrupting anyone else’s sleep."

"Apartment is in a very cozy authentic house just few minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes walk from Marjan park with a panoramic view. The area is very quite. Natali, the host, is always helpful with best advice, city directions etc. Difficult not to fall in love with Split and its people."
