"Personal molt agradable i disposat a ajudar. Les instal·lacions estan decorades amb gràcia però és nota que alguna zona necessita una renovació. Però val la pena si a un no li importa a canvi de la qualitat del personal"

Alguna zona de lavabo i la cuina necessitaria una reforma per poder fer neteja. Hi ha zones on la neteja és difícil no perquè no netegin, si no per l'estat en el que està.

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

There was no one there when I arrived and no one replied on WhatsApp. I stayed in the living room from 7am to 11am waiting for something to happen when I actually had messaged the owner days before to say I would arrive early and if I could do early check in. Fortunately the lady working there appeared and allowed me to take a bed before check in time around midday! Very kind !

"Molt ben situat, a escassos 10 minuts caminant del centre de la ciutat. Instal·lacions àmplies i molt correctes. Tracte dels propietaris fantàstic. Molt familiar. Parada de tramvia justa al davant del hostel. Llocs per menjar al voltant. Facilitats a la zona comú del hostel amb nevera i microones. Taula i lloc per menjar a l'habitació. Et guarden sense problemes les maletes fins l'hora del check-in i al marxar fins el moment d'anar a l'aeroport."

"This place is simply fabulous - clean, quiet, cozy, everything works, in a great location near night market, mall, fast food etc, easily reachable by bus, yet, some rooms face forest. It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

"Hostal amb tot el que es necessita per passar uns dies sempre i quan estiguis acostumat a aquest tipus d’allotjament. Nosaltres estàvem a una habitació doble, amb llençols inclosos. Bona calefacció. També hi ha tovalloles. Hi ha tres lavabos i una gran sala d’estar amb cuina i neveres. Al ser octubre no hi havia gaire gent."

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

"El propietari del Guest House, en Guy, és un personatge expatriat genial amb qui he congeniat des del primer moment. És un autèntic viatger, i li agraden les aventures diferents, descobrir món, i també fer unes cerveses al capvespre juntament amb la Theo, la seva amable parella. El dormitori és molt correcte amb només dues lliteres, i té dos ventiladors i aire condicionat. Encara que hi hagi talls de llum, hi ha assegudades 12 hores al dia de generador elèctric i wifi gratuit de bona qualitat. La terrassa, presenta vistes al mar amb seients on reposar i sentir la brisa marina. Es pot fer ús de la cuina, malgrat la nevera no és funcional."

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

I honestly have nothing

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Pots anar al centre caminant 10 minuts o en el tramvia 4.que para al costat. Té 2 supermercats a prop on pots comprar el que faci falta i cuinar al hostel. Hi ha una cuina on pots cuinar, menjar i pots tenir els teus aliments a la nevera. Hi ha sauna gratuita fins a les 10 del matí. Molt recomanable. El tramvia n. 7 també et porta als llocs principals de la ciutat i al port on surten els vaixells que van a Tallin. És molt net. El personal és molt amable i servicial. Vaig arribar aviat i em van deixar entrar a l'habitació. Vaig demanar un canvi d'habitació perquè a la meva no arribava la calefacció central i em van canviar sense problemes. Gràcies! Tot perfecte!!!"

"Perfect location within a couple of minutes' walk from the main train station (and a big mall with a supermarket open until late), surprisingly quiet for being in the very centre of the city, exceptionally clean. Great value for money. Very satisfied, thank you so much!"

Toilet room very cold in winter but you don't spend a long time in it anyway, lol. Mattress could be a bit better but nothing that prevented a good night's sleep.

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"
