"This was our second stay, but in the bigger villa. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Having everything we needed right there was super convenient. Definitely made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again sometime."

"Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. "There was much to like about our stay - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location - a short drive from the main Belle Mare beach and not too far from the main regional hub of Flacq (with its twice weekly market and also Super-U for those who prefer more modern facilities) - was good and the walk from the accommodation to the dining area through an abundance of local floral was a delight. But biggest praise must go to owners Roshan and Sang (and their son Kite) who were so warm and welcoming - they made each guest feel like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food (breakfast and dinner) freshly prepared by Sang each day was varied but always delicious. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever. Well, actually, just one - we never did get to see Roshan feeding the Dodo."

"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. It's a great place to chill out for a day or two away from all the tourists and you can see a more local side of Aruba. Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."

There aren't any decent restaurants nearby. .

"The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful, as well as quiet with access from the back of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a microwave, fridge, oven, sink and cleaning supplies and cutlery and spices. Our room was a good size, with charging ports near the bed, clean sheets and covers and enough space for our large luggage. The location was also really good, close to the airport. It's very close to thr Trollkunfinger walk. You can park right beside the house, and there's space for at least three cars."

There were some loud motercycle noises in the night, it did keep us from sleeping a little, so it seems like the neighbourhood can get a bit noisy. The nice bathroom with a standing shower is in the basement, which you need to access from outside or from a trap door in the kitchen. The other bathroom has a tub but doesn't have enough ceiling space to stand. The basement was a little cold and dusty and so bathing there was a little scary!

"Great property in a very quiet location, though still close to the restaurants. Francis has taken personal care of us. House is lovely, clean, kitchen is well equiped. We took tour with Francis as well, both were wonderfull. You can spend your time at the beach and will be there alone most of the time, since the property is small (pls note that swimming is not recommend, as pretty much everywhere on this island). We have very much enjoyed our vacation there."
