"Marites and Belal are excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. The house is situated just off Broadway with easy access to the town center, sites, and shopping. On my next trip Tinian, I will definitely check with Tinian Island Haven for availability."

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

"It's a wonderful place to stay with a family. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And at the same time, in quiet area away from railway. It is a place you feel at home, kitchen is full supplied with all utensils. The host is a nice man who will always help you and give fruit. I recommend it 100%"

Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. It was very spacious and nice cold water to cool down."

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. "Lovely place to stay, comfortable with everything you need, including a variety of teas and some coffee plus milk which is nice if you have not been shopping. quiet area which felt safe. Can walk into town in about 30 minutes . Best thing though was how incredibly helpful the owner and her cousin nia were. Nia helped us with everything we needed including getting our ferry tickets, finding a taxi and getting from the airport. This was so helpful for us and ensured we had a smooth stay."

Hi ha hagut una aurora boreal i no ens n'hem adonat. Proposem que hi pugui haver un protocol que avisi en cas de que n'hi hagin, accessible a qui ho desitgi.

"Molt bona qualitat preu. Els amfitrions van estar molt servicials i ens van donar molts consells. La casa i les habitacions molts completes i pràctiques. Ens va encantar l'estufa de llenya i el menjador per passar l'estona. A més hi ha una passarel·la a mode de balcó que rodeja la casa des de la que pots veure el volcà Poás. Ens hagués agradat quedar-nos un dia més per conèixer millor l'entorn! Molt recomanable!"
