"An affordable yet very comfortable basic hotel room. Beds were comfy. The room was so clean…cleaner than some 5 star places I’ve stayed! Not situated close to many food options etc but there are many buses just down the road. Walking along the harbourfront nearby is awesome in the morning. See people walking and chatting and buying fresh seafood."

"The location was in Aberdeen which is not central however it is steps away from several bus stops and very close to the Aberdeen bus terminal. It was super convenient to get to and from the centre of Hong Kong and any tourist spots I wanted to visit but was insulated from the noise and a lot of the crowds. The room was clean, had a full bathroom with shower and a small in-room fridge and safe. There wasn't a lot of space around the beds but the beds themselves were adequate for single beds. There was also a separate kitchenette on the floor with full sized refrigerators, stove, sink and small eating area. There was a gym, laundromat and meeting room on the lower ground floor as well so it was kind of like a serviced apartment in a way. I think it was great value for money for a single traveller considering I was there over new years."

"Reception staff weren't helpful or friendly. I felt very rushed during check in and check out. There were so many people and one of the lifts was broken so there could be massive queues for the lifts. Noise from other rooms was audible at times"

"- I felt sooooo comfortable and relaxing in the room!! :D - Bright and clean room, BIG THANKS to the cleaning ladies who did their jobs very well!! : ) They were also very polite! - Good facilities: spacious shared kitchen with refrigerator (and freezer), microwave oven and cooktop etc. + laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines + common areas on the ground floor and in the laundry room - Lift available and we didn't need to wait for long time unlike what some other guests' experienced - Comfortable twin beds for us - Receptionists were efficient and polite despite not being the most welcoming or enthusiastic :P"

"- I heard fire alarm went off 4 times on different days during my 20-day stay (could be more times as i was away from the building to visit my family or go sight-seeing sometimes). They made me wonder if i should leave my room immediately. The first time when i heard such an alarm, i was washing my hair and i hurried up to get out of the shower room to check what was going on outside. I would prefer the fire alarm to work well in case of fire or danger of course but overly sensitive(?) fire alarm also makes unnecessary stress. Anyway, i still want safety first! ^^ - Shower drainage could be easily clogged by my hair - Very cold room (also mentioned by some other guests) so i switched off the air conditioner most of the time - Room and refrigerator sizes were a bit small but were expected from reviews of some other guests. - No chair in my room but understandable due to the room size"

"It’s quite far from the city centre, but super well connected with many buses stopping close by. The price compared to the rest of Hong Kong is good. Rooms are small but you have everything you need."
