"The Hotel is in a good location and very secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Hotel is able to arrange pick up and drop off from and to airport. They can also arrange car hire at very competitive prices. All in all a good deal, I would stay there again."

"A few aspects of the the facilities were sub-par but not extreme. Toilets seem to be the rigourously used and can use some repairs to flusing mechanism and seating."

"The fact that the staff were caring and took great care to warn me about safety in Georgetown and kept reinforcing their message that their guests safety and comfort are their priority. They were flexible with my requests which reinforces the point. If you don't ask you don't get. If you're looking for Buckingham Palace this is not your place as they don't charge those prices and don't pretend otherwise. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks to Mr Giddings and all staff for a wonderful stay including the free shuttle to the airport with the amiable Daniel."
