"- Great proximity to everything you such as shopping mall, red shuttle stop, popular restaurants, shops, and Tumon - only within a 10-minute walk. - Plenty of food options within the premises, so you’ll never have to worry about finding something to eat. - Staff were very helpful and always smiling. The hotel is also very family-friendly, so it will be a great choice for those traveling with kids. - Wi-Fi was decent – not super fast, but stable and usable. - Room was nice and clean though the property is a bit dated - Swimming pool looked well-maintained and was clean."

"Breakfast was full of people and waiting list so if you are late, you will be waiting a lot .. servers seem to hurry and rush to collect dishes while eating since there are a long line of people waiting. It is better to use lounge breakfast if included in your room (much shorter waiting and similar menu)."

"Restaurants were overrated since the staffs are not trained at all. Some are very professional and kind, some are not. Some other restaurants on the street will be nicer in terms of service. I wouldn't recommend any restaurants except TASI GRILL. TASI GRILL is a must!!"

"La terrasse au dessus de Tabu , pas entretenue, clairement, pas nettoyée du tout . Chaque jour , il manquait quelque chose dans la chambre, soit le tapis de bain, soit le nettoyage de la douche , soit le savon , parfois il manquait même l’eau et les serviettes. Les équipes de house keeping ne sont pas assez appliquées à leurs tâches ."

"티비가 고장나서 아침에 외출하면서 얘기했는데, 오후4시쯤 돌아와서도 고쳐지지 않았어요. 그 이후에 객실안에있을때 오셔서 해주셨습니다. 약간 아쉬웠어요."
