"The property is beautiful. Lovely pool and rooms. Very attentive and friendly staff. I stayed in multiple hotels in Guatemala this was the best. The member of staff working at the restaurant pool area who wears the red hat is a real asset to the resort he was constantly running around and managed to be fun and patient even with my friend who was a little drunk."

"As there isn’t AC the rooms they have a large ventilation strip along top of the glass front. This means noise come in as well as cigarette smoke if someone choosing to sit on your balcony area. The balcony areas by the pool seem to be used by everyone rather then just the room it belongs to. A roped off area around those or sign on the tables may solve this. There needs to be a couple more sun beds and there were no umbrellas for the sun beds. With the resort offering day entry bed could get full quickly. Maybe some reserved for actual guests would be a good idea. Room 1 requires a lamp and new shower head but it felt much more private then room 13 by the pool."

"The resort was absolutely beautiful. Great location with an amazing view of the lake. The rooms were very clean and every morning they came to ask if I needed cleaning. I was early with check in but the room was not ready yet but I could use all the facilities and with check out I could also stay and enjoy my day at the poool. Breakfast was good."

"There was nothing I did not like. It can be noisy sometimes because of other places, they warn you during check in and give you earplugs as well. Sometimes some employees could be more attentive of guests, but this was just a few times and not all staff."

"The lockers in the dorms wont fit a backpack bigger than 25 litros. They are awkwardely under the bed."

"I slept in one of the shared dorms - bed was comfortable, and had curtains and outlets to charge phone. Also, each bed has a separate locker to store personal things. The breakfast was perfect with a buffet and possibility to ask for eggs and a hot drink. Also, staff was friendly and helped me out with booking a shuttle to go to Antigua, and let me store my luggage in the reception until check in time. The hotel was not busy, so I haven't had issues with sound from the pool."
