"I arrived in Guatemala very tired and late in the evening so I looked for a hostel close to the airport to sleep before moving on the next morning. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport and the staff picked me up at the airport for an extra 10$. Communication from the hotel was very good. I booked the hotel in the morning just before my first flight and send them a message to pick me up, at my transit I saw they send a message back very quickly confirming the pickup. There communication was assuring, and I quickly knew that I would be safe upon my arrival in Guatemala and have a bed to sleep in. The owner was also very helpful in booking transport to Antigua for the next day, late in the evening."
