"Les vistes des del Hotel eran precioses, semblava paradisíac, ja que, està en front del llac i la nostra habitació tenia tota la vista sencera. Al costat del Hotel teníem una casa de canvi de divises i això ens facilitava moltíssim les coses pel tema dels Quetzales."

"Està ben situat, però estava a la carretera principal i per les nits es sentia molt de soroll entre els cotxes i la música. No tenia servei d'esmorçar al mateix hotel. Per últim, vam haver d'esperar al recepcionista com 15-20 min sota el sol, i finalment una persona que estava allotjat allà ens va sentir cridar i ens va obrir la porta d'entrada, al menys per passar, ja que, feia una solana guapa i estàvem suant bèstia."

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I asked to drop my bag earlier and they were happy with this and also allowed me to check in to the room 2hrs earlier which was so kind as it was a very very hot day. Thank u! Also filtered water free The location is great as its where all the main tours leave from. I was worried about the music from the bar but I was tired from most of my days and fell asleep with my earplugs anyway and the music didn't stay past the early morning Best sunset across the water too There's a fan on each bed which helped with the heat too Thanks to all the lovely staff"

"The accommodation is quite simple and doesn’t offer common areas, so it may not suit travelers looking for a more social atmosphere. However, it was perfectly fine for a short two-night stay in Flores before continuing onward."

"I love this hotel/ hostel a lot! It is on Flores island close to everything,restaurants,bar,grocery store. The staff were the most accommodating and friendly. I have experience in all the hostels in guatemala and mexico. I would say top 5 in about 20 hostels for the customer service of the staff. They always answered all my questions , They accommodated me like rarely a hostel would do! Seriously amazing 👏! ( so sorry, I can't remember her name, but she works at the reception she talks good english! She deserves to be an employee of the month!!!🥇) she went above and beyond to help with any situation i had on my trip! Also, the rooms are super clean, I love the rooms (I was in a dorm) and had a bathroom in the dorm. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need to cook! I highly recommend that hotel/hostel 👌 ✨️🤍"

"Perfect location of the hotel - the bus station is right in front of the hotel. The tour operator (tickets to Flores, El mirador...) is also right in the hotel. There is a supermarket and an ATM right next door. If you take a cab driver called "Napolion", please give him my regards from Flo and Christian in Vienna and give him a cigarette ;)"

"Great location, great price! Stayed in dorm. If you are doing tours, its a great spot as a lot of the tour company/buses leave from basically right outside the hotel. Basic amenities but perfect for the price."

"Because it is located right where the bridge is, there is a lot of traffic coming and going and from my room, it was loud at night but the second night I just used by ear plugs and slept good."

"The location Shuttle to other places is right next to it which is perfect if you are waking up early to get a shuttle Money exchange next door If you prefer quieter hostels this is a good place to stay Free towels"
