"It's a good and rather quiet hostel, perfect if you want a bit of privacy while staying in a hostel. Breakfast included even if you're doing early morning hikes, they give you a lunchbox which was really nice."

"I had a private room which was very spacious. The staff were all super nice."

"The noise travelled really badly in the hostel, my room was above the common area so i could hear everyone’s conversations pretty easily. Also the noise from the street was super loud. Ended up having to wear ear plugs every night."

"The AC is turned off around 7AM by the staff entering the room. I think it's a bit stingy and most people are still sleeping. Maybe 10AM is a better time."

"The location was excellent. Great staff. Dorm rooms were clean and quiet at back of hostel. Breakfast was simple but good. Showers / toilets kept clean. Cats around too (which I think is a positive!)"

"The hostel was really cute with a great coffee shop attached. It was clean and the staff were really helpful. They even let us use some of the services after checkout."

"The dorms next to the street were really noisy with lots of music coming in until late at night."

"It was easy to find, to check-in and out, the staff helped booking the tour to tikal as well online. Very helpful. The beds were very good as well as lighting and confort. The cleaness of the room was definately a high aspect of my stay."

"Unfortunately we experienced the maintenance of power in Isla de Flores during that day. This resulted in besides power, water was not being provided either. I understand this is a city issue and the hostel couldn't do much, however when power and water were back, it would've been good to have better showers, bathrooms/toilets. So the showers and shared bathrooms are something to improve."
