El Volcano View by Caldera Collection consta de 3 zones: l'alberg, que està ubicat a la part alta dels penya-segats de la caldera i ofereix una vista immillorable fantàstica sobre el mar, les vil·les VIP, integrades per 7 vil·les de prestigi amb safareig privada, i les suites assequibles, que gaudeixen de les instal·lacions de l'casa rural. El punt de restauració Caldera és obert de 13:00 a 22:00 i ofereix una carta amb una gran varietat d'aperitius tradicionals de Santorini i grecs, amanides fresques i cruixents, cuina internacional i postres. Té una paisatge única sobre la caldera de Santorini. A més, cada dia se serveix un bufet del matí grec. El Volcano View es troba a poca distància amb cotxe del centre de Fira. La recepció és oberta les 24 hores i conjuntament s'ofereix un servei de trasllat gratuït d'anada i tornada a la ciutat.

"Location was A plus. Facilities were amazing. Staff were extremely helpful, considerate, kind and compassionate. Special shoutout to Dimitros, one of the waiters in Caldera Restaurant. He was our waiter for our special private candlelight dinner that we booked. He was respectful, professional, funny, accommodated all our silly requests for photos and joked with us all night. 10/10 to him, and a testament to a professional at his job."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely fantastic, and the private, nomadic-style beach is a true hidden gem. The pools are great as well. The whole place feels peaceful and secluded, perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and the restaurant menu were both excellent. There are renovated and non-renovated parts of the hotel — we stayed in the latter. Even though it’s a bit older, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!"

It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."
