"We used the hotel for a quick night’s stopover before a flight out of nearby ATH airport, not wanting to go into the city. We did not have time to use pool areas, but they looked very nice, though hotel is separated from beach by a busy highway. It met our purposes for a quick bed, but would have been disappointing for a longer stay."
"The hotel itself is highly manicured in presentation but lacking in quality: for example, soap dispensers in room were empty, food not available outside of set buffet hours (so nothing for us to eat after a late arrival just before 10), aircon system locked on heat even though bedroom was 24 degrees, and breakfast options mostly processed food. Particular concern was that our two rooms were in separate floors and though there was a staircase between them, it was blocked by a mattress to keep people from using it. Surely a fire hazard!"

"Apart from front desk staff, rest of them at pools and restaurants aren’t that friendly as well as not very service minded. Restaurant staff were even rude (by not even making eye contact or trying to avoid you) to not even provide water unless you buy drinks. Vegetarian food options are kind of limited and repetitive in comparison to meat options."
