"We had a wonderful stay in that hotel! Very nice staff. Very good food and drinks. New renovated room - very perfect. Was our third stay in that place.The service was excellent, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a room in block 500, the rooms are very spacious and probably the best in the hotel. The water park is excellent for children and the entertainment on a night is pretty good, the dj / host does a great job."

"The buffet restaurant didn’t seem to have themed nights, Chinese, Indian, Mexican etc. It became a bit similar. The cleaners kept leaving different amount of towels in the room, quite often not enough were left."

"Location was brilliant. The whole venue was great. Some areas were a bit tired however, we were lucky to be in a newer block. Evening entertainment was great fun. All in all happy kids=happy parents. Would definately return. Staff were really helpful and helped moved rooms when we arrived so we could be near friends. Food was as expected. The Greek food was really nice, great salad bar and deserts. Other food was standard aimed at kids, nuggets, chips, pancakes, and bolognaise. Loads of watermelon."

"people who had inflated donuts in aquapark to slide down kept them forever. there should be person who is in charge of passing it to next person. you could wait 30min until someone gets bored and pass you item. towels were ripped and very hard. the same either pool one or bathroom."
