"The staff were incredibly helpful. We booked for a a few nights whilst my Dad was in intensive care in the hospital. They were so kind, they helped organise taxis, told us where we could get food and the best place to grab more clothes when we ran out. There were two ladies in particular, who unfortunately I cannot remember the name of, but they made the hardest of times so much easier. So thank you. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was huge. Plenty of options and fresh. Perfect central location as well. Thank you, your team are fantastic!"

"Rooms are not very sound proofing. You can drive up to the hotel door to leave your luggage, but there is no parking available within the hotel. A private parking located very close is used with extra payment."
"Central location, right in the heart of the shopping & commercial district, as well as opposite the ancient theatre. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes."
"Never managed to get breakfast as the hotel was fully booked and there was a long queue waiting to be seated. After 10 mins of waiting standing outside of the breakfast room, I gave up and went to a brunch store nearby. Wouldn't expect that from a 5* hotel. My point of view is that you should be able to navigate through such conditions and accommodate your clients either with no full occupancy or full capacity."
