"Cleaning of bathroom and toilets needs to improve. The fridge in my room had left over decayed loaves of bread. Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor food was too salty. TV station was restrictive. More channels including movies in english."

"Breakfast excellent. The front desk staff excellent. I don't speak any of the languages of the country and it was not a problem at all. The communication flowed easy. The cleaning staff excellent and effective. I needed a vacuum because I spilled some thing and Bintou was very thorough. The waitress and waitresses at breakfast made you feel like royalty. The breakfast spread has a nice and tasty variety. From chicken to hot pot to fresh omelets. They wait staff are very attentive to you. I enjoyed my stay! Wish I could have stayed longer."

"This is truly a five star hotel. Staff were very welcoming, warm, and friendly. They always greeted guests when they saw them. At the breakfast when a staff came to clear my plate, I said I will hold on to my cutlery as I may get some fruits later. He was so kind, he actually brought me fruits. This is going above and beyond in service. Wifi worked great, I was able to work. Airport transfer worked well. I would highly recommend staying here,"
