"Room was nice with a desk, bright and clean, nice bathrooms on the floor, large kitchen plenty of fridge space. Overall great 👍"

"Instruction to get in where not we'll explained. Wifi password was not provided as it was suppose too, so I could not communnicate from outside, I did manage to get in as other were arriving and knew how and wifi info was inside."

"Location is good, room is nice and clean, big kitchen well organized so each room has fridge space. Great showers."

"No soap provided in shower No staff on site, had a hard time getting in. instructions sent were not clear. Did not receive wifi passcode as was promised to email them. Once in all was fine 🙂"

"We had a short stay for a few hours as we arrived past midnight and had to leave early the following day. The clear check-in instructions from the host made it easy for us at that late time of the night. We loved the private entrance into the apartment. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen, dining area and TV in the living room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment (although we had no time to use them). We just needed to a good night rest and get ready for the morning :)"

"Upon check-in, there was a slight issue with the housekeeping and insufficient bedding and towels. A bit disappointing as everything else seemed perfect with this place, and it's for this reason I'm unable to give this a 10 rating. Wouldn't want to make a big deal of this as the host already apologised when we brought it to their attention."

"Very nice hostel. There was everything you may need. Washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, big table in a shared room. Nice view from the kitchen and living room. I would stay there again."

"Alle faciliteterne var helt i top. Der er alt hvad man har behov for. Man kan tage bad, vaske tøj, have ting i køleskabet. Lave mad selv, gå til byen i gåafstand, finde butikker i nærheden, ny brugsen butik med alt hvad man har brug for i hverdagen,"

"Vores ophold var på 5 dage. Der manglede at tømmes skraldespande, både i køkkenet og rundt omkring de forskellige steder, som toilet, vaskerum osv. En let rengøring på værelset hver anden dag, havde været et stort bonus."

"Huge space, much bigger than I needed. The included washer/drier is very nice, although be sure to bring washing detergent. The shower is hot and nice. Location is good with a close grocery store and main downtown area a fairly short walk away. It was quiet for me and a very comfortable space. This was an apartment, which was nice."

"No option to store luggage so you are stuck hauling around your luggage until 4pm check-in time. It is an apartment and there is no front desk They seem a little disorganized. I never received the promised check-in instructions and had to contact them to get the codes to retrieve the door cards. There was no towel, but it was delivered after I contacted them again. Check out instructions arrived too late for me to use them. One of the two door cards didn't open the door. A big sign says if you require door card help there will be a big fine. A smaller sign said if door card is near a phone, it will no longer work again. It seems like they should either get a better door system or accept that they will occasionally need to reactivate cards, not change the customer for a system that is prone to not working. I contacted them right away that one of my cards never worked and was never near my phone, and they didn't charge me extra, so happy about that."
