This magnificent landmark pensió is enclavated on the Rock of Gibraltar, and has stunning views. Built in 1932, it is decorated in a colonial style, and its famous past guests include Sir Winston Churchill. Rooms at Rock Estructura Hotelera come with satellite TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. Each also has its own bathroom, and views of the sea. The allotjament’s punt de restauració also has panoramic views across the Bay of Gibraltar, the Espai De Relaxaciónish mainland and the Rif Mountains of Morocco. Guests can enjoy an open-air seawater pool, which sits in its own secluded garden. The town centre is just 1 km from Rock Lloc D'estada, with a shopping centre within 2 km. There are botanical gardens to visit just 100 metres from the building. Please note that there is a possibility that the swimming pool may be closed some days due to weather, at the discretion of the management.

"Lovely hotel in prime position on hill overlooking the harbour- room had balcony to sit out and admire the view. Breakfast room was light and airy with terrace to sit outside - breakfast was buffet style and good options available including English breakfast"
"I paid extra to have breakfast included a few days before arriving and I received confirmation.. but every morning the restaurant staff queried that breakfast was not included in my room rate and despite me complaining to reception, this continued every morning for our 4 day stay."

"Like stepping back in time. In a good way. Great location overlooking the port, botanical park and the straits of Gibraltar. Attentive polite staff. The best breakfast on our road trip by far."

"Another very good hotel with a lot of character and history. It may have been slightly off-season during our stay, which made it feel calm and relaxed. The staff were very chatty and welcoming, and happily answered all the questions we had. We also really appreciated being able to leave our car safely on their property the next day while we went for an amazing stroll around Gibraltar. Overall, a lovely experience and a great base for exploring the area."

"NOT the location for anyone with mobility issues, like me. Steep hill up the drive. Very difficult location if you want to walk to town. Also, the breakfast was very pricey. Would like to see that cut in half for what they are offering."
"Hotel was beautiful, in an elevated position with good seaviews. Rooms are spacious and were clean. Bathroom was a decent size with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could think of and more! We had dinner on our first night and lunch on the second day, there was a good choice on thd menu. Both meals were freshly made and very well presented, tasted good as well. All staff we came across were very helpful and friendly."
"My only gripe was the uphill climb to the hotel and then the steps up to the main entrance if you are on foot. If you're not fit, have a disability or elderly then I would advise getting a taxi from the airport."
