"It is on a busy road and traffic in afternoons which wasn’t ideal but not on the accom. Restaurant was not open and would have been nice to know in the site as it was a main contributing factor in selection"

"Friendly staff, security at the entrance gate, small pool (but not very deep), nice spacious rooms with fan and airconditioning, lots of spacious common areas. Staff allow to order food in as it is not near restaurants. Power cuts never lasted long as the hotel has a generator. It's located near 2 nice resorts who allow day passes."

"This is a nice hotel at the beginning of Labadi Beach. The hotel is clean and pretty cosy- The pool was a treat after a day of exploring Accra. The staff helped me a lot with some errants and were generally very attentive, helpful, and friendly. A good stop for my last night in Ghana, recovering a bit from the dust on the road."

"LA Sunset has everything you need for a great trip. The location is ideal for access to the beach, airport and local hotspots! On-site the rooms were modern and well maintained with self-catering amenities and access to a pool and rooftop which offered great views and served amazing pizza! Couldn't believe this gem was just down the road from a well-known hotel which is more than triple the price per night. The hosts are fantastic, and happily advised on the new spots in town to try out, as well as organising a morning horse back ride along the beach. Nothing was too much trouble! This will definitely be my go-to place to stay next time I am in Accra."

"It was an excellent stay – perfectly located in town and close to everything. Ideal for a transit B&B, just minutes from the airport. The swimming pool was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The balcony offered amazing views of the ocean, allowing you to truly feel the sea breeze. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. I loved every moment. Thumbs up! The host was also kind enough to arrange a horse riding experience and a street food tour, which added to the overall experience."

"The atmosphere; calm & fresh - the manager had local paintings put on the walls of the staircase one day while we were there; a nice touch. The room was very Zen & the en-suite bathroom large. The roof top is a great idea and although we didn't eat there, there was pizza on offer in the evening. Seems like a good place to spend the evening as being opposite the sea, there's a constant breeze; no need for air con! The staff - very welcoming; typical in Ghana :-) & we were well looked after. We would definitely return."
