"Really lovely staff and a beautiful hotel. Very clean and good facilities, they very kindly let me check in early, the location was good I walked to the supermarket and ubers came very quickly to this location"

"I requested for a late check out at fee, and it was agreed by the host, only for the host to tell me later that the apartment has been booked in a last minute so i had to check out and that got me a bit stranded as to where to go next because my babes flight was in the evening which was already discussed with the host and that was a very bad experience for me. That made me check-in in another place that i never liked and could not even have fun like i was supposed to."
