"A shower without a separate cabin, which means that the water runs all over the bathroom, where the washing machine is also located. After showering, the whole bathroom is wet. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might matter to someone that the elevator only goes up to the 8th floor, but if you want to go down, you have to take the stairs or go up to the 9th floor to go down."

"Очень приятная в общении хозяйка Елена, всё показала, все удобства есть кроме микроволновки. Кровать огромная и удобная. До пляжа идти минут 5-7, рядом на улице есть все для пляжа, кафе, супермаркет."
"Лифт периодически не работает, на 8 этаж подниматься пешком тяжеловато. Окна выходят на одну из центральных улиц, музыка, шум от мотоциклов и сигналов машин даже ночью."
