"It could’ve been cleaner, as previous guest’s shaved beard was still on the sink. The bathroom sink’s faucet leaks all around quite a bit, so prepare to have wet floors."

"Very good location. 10 min from the beach and that is a beach that is very far from being crowded, that means one guest/group for every 50m. So, if you are looking for that, consider this place. You can also see the sea side from the guesthouse, that is on a hill, but unfortunately the view is mostly hidden by some bushes. They have cats in the garden, which my children loved so much. The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful."

"Everything was nice. That you cannot get something right at the beach for this price, is obvious. The onlye thing that could easily be improved is cutting the bushes, so that there is a nice view to the sea side (at the moment only in one corner). They don't have the pool any more, that you can see on the pictures"

"Beautiful nature, a lovely host who provides us with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruits, a small garden to ourselves and great comfort in the little cabin. Despite the rainy weather, it was a beautiful experience to stay there and we both enjoyed it a lot."

"Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist so unfassbar schön, wir hatten jeden Tag ungestört den Sonnenuntergang für uns. Es ist super nah am Meer und man war so ungestört und trotzdem schnell überall! Es gab viele liebe Katzen und einen Hund, die wir sehr in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Der Preis dafür ist unfassbar günstig und der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat uns Wein geschenkt!"

Амиран нас встретил с настоящим грузинским гостеприимство, угостил вином, рассказал об истории усадьбы, в которой мы жили. Близко Батумский ботанический сад. Большой галечный пляж, людей не много, хотя мы были в самый сезон."

"ولكن لكوننا عرب لم نشعر بالخصوصية المطلوبة نظرا لأن المنزل فيه أكثر من مكان للإيجار ، وعيب المكان الذي استأجرناه كان الضيق والصوفا كانت جدا متهالكة وكذلك باب الحمام والصنبور الذي فيه غير جيد أبدا ، ولايوجد تكييف ولا يوجد تغطية شبكة لهاتفك إلا إذا شبكت على الواي فاي الخاص بالمكان."
