"The studio at the top of Sky Guest House was great. The studio had everything you need and there was a washing machine downstairs too. With a small kitchen, sofa, lots of plants and balconies overlooking the alley on side and the park on the other it was light and airy, quiet and private and we could eat outside in the centre the city. The metro is 5 mins walk away and there are lots of shops and bakeries close by."

"Returning to my favourite place in Tbilisi after two years was as expected an outstanding experience. The guesthouse has gone through a home makeover and my room was even more homely as before. Added AC is an additional feature if you are going to stay during the hot summer months. I'm very happy to be able to stay at this long time favourite once again, extremely friendly and helpful host, very near to public transport and lots of local restaurants, very quiet at night despite its very central location."

"A wonderful place in the center of Tbilisi, just few steps away from the metro and 20min walk to Rustavelli Avenue and 25min away from Old Tbilisi by walk. It has a wonderful yard covered with vine, well equipped kitchen, shared living room, 2 bathrooms and only 3 rooms in the house. Rooms are equipped will AC that doesn’t work perfectly but makes a difference on a hot summer day. The wifi connection is good. The owner is super nice and pleasant. The neighbors with who the yard is shared with are also nice."
