"Один из лучших вариантов проживания в Кобулети на момент брони. Это именно квартира, где есть спальня, отдельно гостиная, кухня. Помещения просторные, на кухне есть вся небходимая для проживания посуда, есть стиральная машинка и порошок для нее С заселением и выселением проблем никаких не было - нас встретили и проводили, несмотря на то, что мы где-то не уложились в свои же временные рамки. Мы селились зимой и было важно, чтобы в квартире было нормальное отопление и я рада, что выбрала эту квартиру - было тепло, а темпертуру мы могли регулировать самостоятельно. Отдельное впечатление от вида из номера - засыпали под шум прибоя, утром из окна была видна набережная, море и пальмы"
"Немного портит впечатление своеобразный душ. Уже после первого человека всё мокрое, как бы аккуратно не принимать его. При этом особо нет возможности как-то высушить поверхность. Но это не проблема данного варианта проживания. Не однократно останавливалась в Кобулети и каждый раз жилье предлагалось вот с такими условиями. Также квартира требует небольших доделок - где-то не горят ламочки, где-то сломан замок и в целом, было к чему придраться по чистоте. Но думаю, что к сезону уже всё будет исправлено"
"Приезжали отдыхать зимой, в номере было очень тепло. С нами предварительно созвонились, уточнили во сколько мы приедем и включили отопление. Спасибо за заботу."
