"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and tried to assist where they could. This hotel is also in an excellent location. Overall a nice hotel but needs some attention to detail."

"No amenities except for shampoo and also no refills provided. No tea or coffee refills or water replacements. The towels were old and stained. Pillows on the bed were awful. The sheet on the bed also did not fit the mattress so kept pulling off while sleeping. Room was also not serviced. Had to ask for them to clean the bathroom."

"NO PRIVACY==> At 2 AM, a group of people(4-5) entered our room. We were SHOCKED. I went out immediately and saw in the reception that these people were working in the hotel restaurant and at the reception. They made up some lie — claiming their system was down and they were entering rooms to check if they were occupied, (as if they were preparing for a guest check-in in the middle of the night-there was no one waiting in the lobby) My wife couldn't sleep afterwards, fearing someone might enter the room again. There was NO PRIVACY. And the reason they gave was the worst kind of lie. This was one of the worst hotel experience. They even couldn't make concurrence for their quick lie. When I ask a question, one guys answers yes while the other no. By the way even though these guys are stupid and really want to check rooms at 2AM like its correct way, why they check a room with 4-5 guys? I strongly advice to stay away from this hotel. Wrong Beds==> It was supposed to be double bed. We get two single bed. Weak Cleaning==> The room was not clean enough. There was hanger, and used napkins on roof beams. When I called reception, he jumped and took that with huge noise, so that my baby leaped and woke up. Worth or Not==> Guys, this hotel worth 2 stars. Don't think you will get 4star service. "My room was directly above the bar/restaurant and the windows let through ALL the noise. It was extremely difficult/impossible to fall asleep due to the noise of the customers below (and I had earplugs!) The bar/restaurant kicked out just after 1am (however this was a Monday and Tuesday so heaven knows how loud it would be on a Friday Saturday!) Just consider if you want a full night’s sleep or ask to change rooms."

"The location of the hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance to Freedom Square, and there were shopping malls around the hotel. I was also able to walk to the Bridge of Peace. I didn’t get to experience the breakfast or dining area as I chose to eat at other restaurants. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was very tidy."

"I checked into the hotel at around 4 PM. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I couldn’t hang one on the door. While I was in the process of settling into my room, the door was suddenly opened by a hotel cleaning staff member without knocking. When I shouted, they just shut the door without even apologizing. This made me feel uncomfortable. Also, if you're staying in a room near the restaurant area, I should mention that it can be a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise. Apart from these issues, the hotel is still a place where one can stay."

"Amazing hotel, modern design and extraordinary friendly and helpful staff! ☺️ Location in the very center but in cost and quit street (1-2 minutes walking distance to local cafes and restaurants). Also hotel restaurant is great asset and cool place to eat and spend nice time. I am thrilled with the hotel and people working there. For sure will come back to Platforma Hotel next time. Highly recommend!"
