"Good and clean apartment in 10-15 minutes walk from Borjomi spring. Very friendly and attentive host, who leaved in the house nearby, so you can ask for something if needed. There was also a kitchen in the apartment with all necessary stuff for cooking so we cooked a breakfast for us. Highly recommend this place to stay in Borjomi."

"In living room, a rusty radiator spoils the overall picture. The view from the windows stops in a lane formed by the property wall fence. The yard and the rest of the buildings belonging to the owners look unkempt. Very difficult communication, because the host spoke only Georgian and Russian, but by phone, with a lady who seemed to manage from a distance, you can also speak in English. Without breakfast, the price is a bit high."

"The floors could have been cleaner, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. I also found the price a bit high for what was offered. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend this place during the summer for those who sleep early, as the neighborhood is quite noisy. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep."

"Good hospitality by the grandmom who treated as a family and loving took care of us. She ensured comfort for us and was emotionally bonded, even tough she spoke in native language but was able to communicate easily. Room was very spacious, neat and well equipped with all facilities. It had a separate bedroom and a studio living room. Safe and secure, and all restaurants are in walkable distance."
