"Lovely, cozy, and homely feeling, perfect for a few nights' stay for a couple to explore the local life and non-tourist neighbourhoods. And specially Host Manana is awesome sweet lady)) We would surely stay there for few nicght next time we visit Tblisi."

"The place was great. Cute apartment with everything you need to stay in Tbilisi.We had all the facilities in the property. Cmfortable bed, nice bathroom ,kitchen and everything clean. Excellent location, in the center of the city. 4 minutes walk to the metro. Around is supermarkets ,bars. Host is great person.What they advertise is what they have, no lies, fully recommend staying there.❤️"

"Roxana, the owner of the place, is so sweet. I use Google Translate to communicate with her because she only speaks Russian and Georgian. Her son speaks fluent English so communication is not a big deal. Me and my daughter were satisfied during our stay. The place is clean, and you can find everything for your basic needs; aside from that, it is within walking distance to supermarket, attractions, bus stations and metro. Place is highly recommended and definitely coming back to stay."

"More a homestay than a hotel it was an apartment amongst a number of family apartments. All very friendly with cats, dogs and kids. It was cosy, clean and close to Spar, Metro, bakeries and some good cafes and restaurants. The Wi-Fi was decent, the shower hot and the bed comfy. I really liked it and would stay again."

"Long story short — photos make it look like a modern 3-star hotel. In fact, it's your grandma's country house. Clean, well-maintained, but with tiny shower, centuries old toilet and crocheted napkin on the fridge. I know, there are fans of the style, and it's fine. Just be ready so as not to be disappointed."
"The discrepancy between the photos and reality. The photos ARE REAL, the bed and mattress are modern and comfy, but the overall look is a DIY-fan's county house. The windows look into a small inner yard: it is quiet at night, but you can't open the curtains unless you want all the neighbours to see how you're doing."
