"The apartment has clearly been refurbished fairly recently and to a high standard. Although his English was limited the owner was friendly and helpful. The location in the old town made it easy to walk to most of the sights. Being on a back street it was very quiet with little traffic noise."
"The property was on a rather run-down street, but once inside the quality of the apartment more than made up for this. The kitchenette and bathroom were rather small, but usable. The bed mattress was hard, and the pillows lumpy."

"Замечательное место, всë рядом - и центр старого Тбилиси, и парк, и многочисленные ресторанчики, и художественный музей. Помимо этого огромное достоинство - своя небольшая кухня, своя отдельная небольшая комната с двумя кроватями (помимо большой, в которой ещë две), собственный выход на улицу. Кстати - если у вас коляска или пожилой человек - это важно: перешагнув порог вы оказываетесь на тротуаре или в доме - никаких лестниц. В помещениях светло, уютно, вода идëт хорошо, горячая и холодная (в других местах порой бывали проблемы, поэтому отмечаю). Очень удобно для семей с детьми: вы никому не помешаете. Надежд на парковку рядом нет - всë забито. Если машина небольшая - может повезти. Если большая - лучше сразу искать место в отдалении, не влезая в лабиринт узких улочек. В общем, очень хорошие впечатления от места и хозяина, с которым хочется встретиться снова."

"Отличное месторасположение! Замечательный хозяин! Район Старый Тбилиси. Рядом нашли семейное кафе, куда ходили на завтраки. Места, куда планировали сходить, рядом! Театр Резо Габриадзе. Серные бани. Воды Лагидзе. И просто погулять по старому городу. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. В апартаментах только ночевали."

"Удобное расположение, в самом центре, можно пройти на любую улицу старого города, все близко. Квартира отличная, просторная, уютная. Нам в четвером было очень комфортно. Хозяин замечательный человек, помогал нам в любом вопросе ! Была бы возможность остановиться там подольше- остались не раздумывая ! Всем рекомендую !"

"Eine wunderbare kleine Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt. Alle touristischen Ziele kann man fussläufig erreichen. Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt es in der Nähe, die Küche in der Wohnung hat das nötigste, um auch selber etwas zuzubereiten."
