"It was such a pleasure to stay at house 41 (aka Rose Hotel on Google Maps). The place is wonderful, location is perfect- in a lovely leafy neighbourhood with easily access to the city centre and old town. The pool is divine on hot days. Tamara and her family are lovely hosts that are very accommodating. Great for small families. Totally recommend this place 😁"

"Великолепно всё! Отличное место для отдыха с семьёй. Очень радужные и гостеприимные хозяева. Вкусные завтраки. Отдельный комфортабельный домик, где есть всё необходимое для проживания и отдыха. Есть бассейн, терраса и уютный дворик. Место - куда хочется вернуться ещё. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство."

"Место просто великолепное. 10 минут пешком от метро Делиси, до центра на метро минут 15-20. Великолепная отдельная зона для проживания гостей, получается, как будто у тебя свой собственный дом и участок прямо в городе. Территория очень зеленая с комфортной мебелью на улице. В самом доме 2 зоны, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Замечу, что бассейн выглядит на фото меньше, чем на самом деле, с комфортом купались вдвоем. На мой взгляд его наличие очень важно летом, это действительно так. Прекрасные завтраки с обязательным наличием фруктов. Огромное спасибо владельцам за гостеприимство, успехов и процветания"

"Всё идеально! Очень радушные хозяева!!! Хозяйка дождалась ночью нас с Кутаиси, когда автобус задержался. На территории мы были одни, хозяева живут напротив. В нашем распоряжении был сад, бассейн и оооочень много красивых и удобных мест для отдыха в саду. В номере есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Посуда, бытовая техника, гигиенические принадлежности, чай, кофе. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные."

"I like the hosts. This family was super responsive, proactive, caring, and kind. Their hospitality blew my mind and was one of the main reasons we enjoyed our trip to Georgia. Their suggestions of where to go and what to explore were extremely helpful as we really enjoyed those places. Last thing but not list the free secure parking for your ride is pretty awesome while traveling!"

"Location is amazing, much better than other buildings - you are looking at the 2 ski lifts and you reach them in 20 steps which is excellent with ski boots on! It’s also far enough away from the party bars not to be too noisy. Host was fantastic, good communication and nothing was a problem. Apartment was nicely furnished, super clean, warm, cosy and had everything we needed right down to coffee, USB ports, good WiFi with smart TV (perfect with kids!). Massive sofa bed was great as well as the 1 bedroom - this is much larger than the studios in other buildings. Also includes 2 massive lockers on the lower floor to keep your skis."

"Best view possible in Kutaisi. Hotel is near river and city center. You can spend time on a balcony looking at city panorama. You have direct view on a famous gondola lift. Inside room very clean. In the room everything is working. Super comfortable beds ( I have back pain so I know what I mean). People working in hotel very helpful and English speaking. Breakfast was simple but very good mixing local cuisines with european teaste."

"The apartment is located on the first line of the local beaches. We saw palm alley through our windows. There is a coast just across the road. Very good location, close to the city center, but a little bit aside in quite place. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and included microwave, electrical kettle, and washing machine. The infrastructure was perfect. We found everything around like supermarkets, cafes, banks, ATMs, stores, bakeries, etc. We were very grateful to the owner who was in touch at any time and gave us all necessary information. The internet was fast and very good for work. We parked our car in courtyard, infront of the entrance, where was enough space for cars. We found very good grocery store right near the building. The next street from the building was very long and attractive with local color buildings, stunning architecture, local cuisine."
