"The host was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The room was spacious, we were the first room across from the stairs, and managed to keep nice and warm with the aircon unit. It was only a short walk down the hall to the shared balcony, which had great views and plenty of space to relax."

"This may not be a regular occurrence, but I noticed a dripping noise when I woke up in the night, which made it difficult for me to get back to sleep. Also, be prepared to carry your cases up a couple of flights of stairs to get to a room."

"It was a beautiful view, in the center, 100 meters away was Svetitskhoveli, on the lower floor there was a bakery. The window had a beautiful view, it was nice to sit on the veranda. For me, the view and location outweighed all the minuses."
