"Le propriétaire est la personne la plus sympa qui soit. Prévenant, disponible et très arrangeant. La façade et l'escalier ne paye pas de mine ( bien que beaucoup de touristes font le détour pour photographier).l'intérieur est propre,fonctionnel et moderne. Ce n'est certes pas un palace,mais l'emplacement est super bien situé, tout est faisable à pied.Une bonne façon d'aller voir la vraie vie non aseptisée d'hébergements plus luxueux. Comme disait Prévert ne vous laisser pas acheter par de belles voitures....la liberté cela prend le métro !"

"Отличное место для туристов. Выбор любой индивидуальной экскурсии и кафе в шаговой доступности. Доброжелательный хозяин Гиви всегда на связи. Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. Трансфер из и в аэропорт. Но не проблема, автобус ходит по времени. Спасибо за заботу и отличный отдых."

"Номер хороший Улочка тихая До площади свободы 3 минуты пешком Гиви замечательный хозяин Хоть мы и опоздали на 3 часа, нас встретил и подготовил место для авто. Вкусные и обильные завтраки Кофе и чай без ограничений. Холодильник и микроволновка если захотите что-то купить и перекусить. Жили как дома. С удовольствием. Спасибо"

"Typisches Frühstück, ausgezeichnete Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Mit dem City Bus direkt vom Flughafen bis Liberty Square und dann noch 5min. zu Fuß."
"Die Verständigung ist etwas schwierig, da der Vermieter überwiegend georgisch und russisch spricht. englisch ist etwas mühsam. Aber mit etwas Geduld klappt dies auch."
