"The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed including towels, water, coffee and cream, shampoo and other stuff. Also, there are a bar, cafe, restaurant and a little corner with snacks in the lobby as well, and an option of ordering meals to the room. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, so we felt like at home. Next time we visit Batumi we would like to stay in Hilton Batumi again."

"Location is ideal: it is right between the Old City and the new areas, closer to the Old City. Almost everything is in a walking distance. The beach is also a short walk across the park. The hotel is new, and therefore 'not tired'. The room and common areas we very clean. Very good breakfast to any taste. It is quite expensive, but for what there is - it is justified. Wifi worked surprisingly well. The real difference made a reception specialist by name Avto (Avtandil). He really makes an extra step to help guests to feel cared for by doing things that are in his power, albeit small but important for people: giving an upgrade if he can, really making an effort to understand your situation and help,"

"There is smell of sewage in some rooms - I suppose those that are less frequently used (like the one s for guests with disabilities). Staff at reception can be more welcoming and not making you feel that you're just another one with problems and unrealistic expectations... But there are bright spots - as mentioned earlier, Avto really stands out in a positive way! There must be a way to provide guests with beach towels - it is not that difficult to give them out in exchange for a card, and fine those who lose them/do not reclaim the card."

"Staff is very rude ( except reception they were very professional). Also Breakfast had a vast array of food to chose from it lacked in quality my Lobiani was sour and non edible. Beds were not flat it was little on a steep side and I had feeling of rolling over."
