"Very spacious, authentic, overseeing orchards and situated close to stunning Vardzia. Great food. They do their own great cheese. And a cake with caramel and hazelnuts that was delicious. The entire family that owns mtkvari made us feel very welcome."

"Well, where do I start?! We arrived at the house late afternoon/evening. And we have been welcomed with warmth and kindness. We have been shown where our room was and asked if we had to have dinner. In the meantime that they were preparing dinner for us, we have been shown how to produce wine and let us try some machines. It was very fun! The dinner was incredibly delicious. Everything homemade, all the products coming from their land, homemade wine. Really really a 10/10. The morning, we have been served breakfast again with products coming from their land (milk from the cows, cheese, butter, eggs, marmelades, homemade bread). Everything absolutely delicious! Thank you very very very much for the hospitality!"

"We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room with a lovely terrace offering a stunning view. The shared facilities were excellent — a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and secure parking in the courtyard. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were treated to a delicious homemade dinner and a very good breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A peaceful place with great amenities and warm hospitality — we would recommend it!"

"There are no toilet in the room, but it's on the floor, so I don't think that it's a huge problem."

"We had an incredible stay at in Koba's home. Everybody made us feel very welcome. Natalie's cooking (breakfast and dinner) was delicious, with all ingredients being home grown. We were also served regional specialties which would be difficult to find elsewhere. Koba treated us to some of homemade wine and spirit, both of which were very tasty. We even got some interesting insights into the Georgian rural life as Koba let us try using his scythe to cut grass for hay. As for the place itself, their home was spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The view from the balcony was amazing. Everything you might need is available, and the family are more than happy to help."

"This is not a negative for me, but rather something to bear in mind for your stay. It is a rural farmhouse area, so there will be animals such as cows, chickens and dogs. The roosters can also be loud in the morning, which is great if you want an earlier start to explore the area haha."
