"Comfy place, has everything you need, responsive, friendly and flexible host, fast WiFi (once we had the password), easy parking We booked it minutes before we arrived and everything worked, which was nice!"

"5th floor without elevator, dishes were not really clean, had to ask for WiFi, bathroom a bit rundown/old (but overall clean)"

"After the heating in Gudauri M residence broke we where left without accomodation. Gudauri S residence allowed us to stay which saved the holiday!"

"The water broke one evening and was not fixed until the afternoon of the next day, however this was for the whole building."

Просторная гостиная, кухня со всем необходимым. Огромная и очень уютная терраса рядом с домом. Дом обставлен винтажной мебелью и милыми аксессуарами для создания уюта. Дом очень чистый и ухоженный. "The apartment is nice and clean, very cozy and cute. Even though there is only one bedroom, the apartment feels spacious. It's got a big kitchen/living room supplied with everything you might need for cooking. In the bedroom you'll find multiple sets of bedsheets, an extra blanket and pillows and a big amount of towels. The place has a lot of storage space, which makes unpacking fun. The apartment is located not far from the beach and the park. In the neighborhood there are convenient stores, pharmacies etc. While it was really hot outside, it was cooler in the apartment. We stayed there in the beginning of July, but only used AC twice. And the owner is very sweet and helpful."
