"Телевизор не работал, работница пыталась настроить, но так и не решила проблему за 3 дня. Мы продлевали проживание, не понравилось, что не сделали уборку в номере, попросили работницу выкинуть мусор, накопившийся за 2 дня, она ответила, чтоб мы сами принесли пакет и использовали его для своего мусора. Конечно, хотелось уборки, выноса мусора, протереть пыль и пол, но увы. Еще в душе нет шторки, вся вода летит на пол, потом мокро, пока само не высохнет, кидали полотенце на пол. Запах канализации в ванне, но не критично, закрывали дверь на ночь. Если улучшить эти моменты, то будет 10 из 10."
