"L'habitació era lluminosa, pràctica i tenia una terrassa comunitària molt agradable al mateix nivell, just al davant. Tenia espai suficient i un televisor amb canals variats."
"L'habitació era a un tercer pis sense ascensor i clar, si l'equipatge pesa... Un dels dos llits feia sorolls. Els llençols eren extremadament petits de manera que et despertaves dormint damunt del matalàs. L'aire condicionat feia sorolls estranys."
"On our last day before leaving, it happened to be a special day in this country, and taxis couldn't reach the hotel. Marika and two male staff members at the hotel reception were very friendly and helped us carry our luggage to a taxi stand. We were very grateful to them."

Starting with customer service (especially the kitchen staff - unpleasant and repulsive), room equipment (broken front door, broken shower, uncomfortable bed), low-quality wifi and many many others. The breakfast was very basic, with little choice and practically never replenished. Furthermore, there was a constant lack of clean dishes (e.g. cups, glasses). Very acustic room - conversations from the reception desk could be heard until late at night + outside noise all night long."
