"Very good location, easy access to many locations, including, Old city, Peace bridge, and metro station. View from the room is another big plus. I had 2 balconies, and one open terrace overlooking the river."

"Very charming hotel next to Kura river with great views on Tbilisi and very nice balcony. Breakfasts are very generous; and the service is very good. We had a spacious room with two balconies on the both sides of the building. The location is also next to nice restaurants so no need to wander a lot for food. In fact, the hotel has its own Dr Benjamen restaurant with great views and nice food!"
"They have no elevator so you need to climb few stairs. They could also offer breakfasts a bit earlier eg 7:00 for those who go for excursions- we did few so missed some breakfasts…"

"The hotel's location was great. You can visit all important and historical places in Tbilisi by walking. The rooms are the same in the photos and it was great. The view of the room was awesome. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel. (Room with balcony, at the top floor). Also I could say that you need to come here during summer or spring times."

"We loved the place. However, mind you, it is a boutique hotel and not a star facility. It is simple but amazing. They have no lift, so please be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. So may not be ideal for older people or for anyone not okay to take the stairs."
"The view from balcony was amazing! Room is big, comfortable and very clean. It is also very cozy and I enjoyed all time spent there. Location could not be better, very close to everything and as well quiet. Breakfast was super tasty and big :) really feel like at home! Definitely recommending this hotel!"
