"Ev temiz ve güzeldi. Büyük kilisenin hemen yanında. Araba ile gittiğim için çok sorun yaşamadım. Ancak arabasız olanlar için merkeze uzak. Ev sahibi İngilizce bilmiyor. Biraz anlaşmak sıkıntı oldu. Daire temiz. Tek katlı ve güzeldi."

"Невероятно вежливая, учтивая хозяйка Мария. Встречать нас подъехала к месту нашего прибытия, при размещении подробно все показала. Рассказала, как лучше передвигаться по городу, какую связь приобрести. Где совершать покупки. В общем очень внимательная. Безмерно ей благодарны за такой прием и отношении. Буду всем рекомендовать."

"Самое комфортное жилье в котором когда либо жила в Тбилиси. Есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, микроволновка - можно снимать на долгий срок. Идеально для двух человек. Личный вход, и полупустой паркинг напротив дверей. Очень чисто, мягкое постельное белье. Посуда для двоих и мятные конфетки."

"Останавливались в апартаментах Avlabar Home в августе 2023 года. Остались ОЧЕНЬ довольными. Есть все необходимое, а самое главное теплый прием! Рады, что сделка состоялась, не смотря на наши опасения( некоторых наших знакомых кинули с проживанием без предоплаты), но вы показали себя как ответственные и добросовестные арендодатели. Видно, что вы поступаете по принципу: "Во всём поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами." Рекомендую проживание в этих апартаментах!"

"Отдыхали в августе и поначалу приехав, несколько расстроились - в Уреки в это время полно народу. Идешь до пляжа - толпы людей, достаточно грязно, машины припаркованы друг на друге. Но денек привыкли и перестали это замечать. Сам Дом располагается на краю Уреки, поэтому достаточно спокойно. В доме и на участке - Красивые обеденная, мангальная зоны, зона отдыха на террасе второго этажа. Интерьер подобран со вкусом. Кухня хорошо скомплектована - 2 плиты, 2 раковины, 3 холодильника, шкаф полный посудой."
