VJ's Guesthouse Mountain View

"The apartment is set away from tourists with a steep road down to get to it , a car would be recommended however there are buses at the top of the road.The balcony is big with plenty of seating and isn't shared by anyone else.The view is absolutely amazing.The rooms are separate so you use one door for the bedroom then come outside to use the other door for the kitchen.I was abit unsure about the lay out at first but it does work well and if it rains you are still undercover.The apartment was very clean bed wasn't too bad abit soft for us.T.V only in the bedroom.Seats in the kitchen area we're comfortable.Host was excellent and very responsive and helpful.We had a few issues but they got sorted out straight away. We stayed here for 10 nts , it's a good base to go exploring the whole island.Would recommend"

"The oven is in need of being replaced .The toilet didn't flush properly so we had to use the other toilet in the other bedroom"

"The Marbou flies were a bit annoying outside on the veranda at times during the day. Not at night. Would have liked access to local TV programmes. YouTube was ok though for films as we were out most of the day.."

"I initially booked for four nights ended up staying for seven, Property well located for everything I needed to do while I stayed in St George's. Host Valarie was extremely warm, pleasant, and helpful. Property was clean with all the mod cons one would need when returning from my exciting days adventures . Thank you. Valarie"

"Beautiful location scenic views, This property was very clean, well presented, and spacious, The ability to relax and unwind at this guesthouse is worth it, especially if you're looking for something just outside of Grand anse. My room was well proportioned with everything one would need. The host Valarie was warm and welcoming always at hand, breakfast or an evening meal, could be provided at an extra cost. The bus stops 50 metres from property. Journey time: 10 mins from the town centre, by car, 20 mins by bus."

"For me everything catered to my needs, but for information purposes when leaving the property there is a 50 metre uphill gradient that may cause difficulty for persons with disabilities."

"The hosts/staff hospitality was 1000/100 😁. They are super friendly and helpful. These are the type of people you need to be in touch with EVERY TIME you make a reservation 🫶. They welcome you with open arms. The patience throughout the whole process is to die for and they are super understanding. I must rant for a bit; my Tyre had a slow leak which I didn’t notice to the point it was really flat, I spoke to the host and he was super understanding and helped. Went and got a device that plugged into the cigarette socket of my vehicle which pumped air into the Tyre. I must say they’ll go the extra mile for your convenience. I can’t wait to book again and I look forward to seeing them soon. Honestly happy and blessed to meet such loving souls and hope that they enjoy their blessings."

"V was an amazing host. She was very helpful. anything we needed, she told us not to be afraid to ask. She provided amazing prepared meals. She also helped us navigate through how to get to certain destinations. She provided everything to us to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We booked an extra week based on service and level of hospitality. definitely the best bed and breakfast I've been too on the island. I would personally recommend her to anyone traveling to Grenada and staying in the Grande Anse area"

"I didn't find out about her earlier. I checked airbnb.com at first and had difficulty with a few hosts getting booked. She made the experience streamline and easy. We were completely satisfied with the entire stay. She gets a 10/10 in our book"
