"The wet room, I'm not a fan of everything getting drenched for the sake of a shower. There could be a more varied choice at breakfast."

"Perfect pillows! Very comfortable bed, fluffy duvet. Mini-fridge with ice in the ice cube section, microwave & kettle. Very cosy (not meaning small, just not draughty). Very good water pressure, large shower with a tall head. Handy toiletries. Proprietor was very welcoming and he obviously has a lot of repeat custom, greeting guests by name. Staff member Liselle was lovely at breakfast, which is cooked to order in an open kitchen, our eggs were perfection itself. Garden is gorgeous and well tended, location in a quiet corner just outside Sittingbourne."

"The setting & general overview of the property as described/expected from booking details. Useful having a microwave especially as there is no on site cafe/restaurant for evening meals."

"Next time would be good to have own entrance & direct access to own terrace as was led to expect. As a single person was assigned a family room without those facilities but with a superfluous single bed in effect cluttering the relatively small room. However l booked late , it may have been all that was left as l was unable to change when requesting it. Not that the site appeared full. The fridge door was damaged in some way causing severe jamming when opening & closing . I came prepared with food for evening meals so this was a frustration not a trifling issue.."
