Room and service was pleasant though fairly basic for the price bracket and reputation of the Hotel chain. Bathroom facilities and amenities were also below expectation - requests for larger towels only resulted in receiving extra towels with no explanation. Overall stay was fine, though not as expected."

"The only downside was the connecting door in the room to the adjacent one. It made for poor sound insulation and I could hear my neighbours phone calls (staff very kindly found me an alternative room though)"
