"Unfortunately we missed breakfast! Our fault we were so comfy we slept in!! We were woken up with a gentle knock on our door which I answered with a lovey host asking if we still wanted breakfast! We declined as it was late but I know for sure if we had said yes it wouldn’t have been any problem!!!"

"This beautiful old property is full of character and charm. The host was lovely and the welcome tray was very much appreciated after a long day walking. The bathroom was very modern, the room decor was not in keeping with the age of the property, nor was it modern, more 80's, it was however immaculately clean. Lots of small touches not found in other B&B's. Amazing selection of teas etc in the room and fresh milk in a little fridge on the landing. The guest lounge had a roaring fire. Breakfast was superb, plentiful and good quality. We will definitely return, a great base for the area."

"We have stayed here previously and it's one of our favourites in this area. Very warm welcome from Naomi tea and cake in the lounge on arrival. Large room overlooking the garden and local scenery. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent shower with huge bath too. Superb breakfast."
