"The lift ! It is old with the grate doors, and if someone didn’t shut them properly on another floor the lift wouldn’t come."

"On arrival we were surprised to be upgraded to a better room free of charge. The bathroom and bedding was spotless. They had a lovely selection of hot beverages in the room. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was delicious."

"There was some spider webs near the curtains. The wall paper in the hall is tatty and needs replacing. The windows in our room don't open and got rather stuffy. The lights in the hall shine all night, motion detection would be good and will save electricity."
