In the heart of Bath, a 10-minute walk from Bath Train Station, Number 17 Bath is a 19th-century boutique townhouse located just 400 metres from sala d'bufet del matís, bars and shops. Each of our 4 rooms offer en-suite bathrooms, marble fireplaces, Victorian ornaments such as gold mirrors and chandeliers, and period features such as bay windows. Each en-suite room offers de nova generació facilities including flat-screen TVs, a shower room and hairdryer. Parking is available in our off-road car park, one allocation per unit for the time duration of the reservation. Built in 1873, Number 17 backing onto Bath Recreation Ground, and boasts views of Bath Abbey and the city. Pulteney Bridge and the Roman baths are all a short walk from Number 17, as are numerous beautiful canal walks, parks, café’s and museums.

"The owner was welcoming and it was great to have private parking facilities. The room was spacious and bright with a large window looking out at St Mary's Church. We welcomed hearing the hustle and bustle of the traffic below and the church bells Sunday morning. The coffee, tea and fridge facilities were great. We appreciated the sofa to relax on after a long day walk around the city and the bed was very comfortable. The location was superb for us."
"The bathroom was a bit on the small side and the bottles of shower gel and conditioner could do with being replaced. It was a shame that the garden was private as it was a factor that enticed us to book the property."
"Nothing not to like. The room was really comfortable with a great view of the Abbey. It was about a 10 minute walk to the centre and a real bonus to have free parking. Would definitely recommend."

Bath Council has withdrawn parking permits for B&Bs and hotels Having a fridge in the room, and a small table and chairs, meant that we were able to cater for our own breakfasts The room was spacious, heating worked well"

"The host came to welcome us at the property, and was so friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was classically beautiful with a gorgeous view. Had great tea and coffee facilities which was great to come back to after being out all day. Fresh and clean towels and sheets. Perfect distance from the Abby so we could have a nice 10 minute walk and see more of the city while on our way to the centre. We definitely will be coming back in our next trip to bath."
"The bedroom door would rattle every time the front door to the building opened and closed, made me jump thinking someone was knocking on the door because we slept through our alarms and missed check out 😅"
