The Links Lets Room Only offers room only en suite accommodation with free parking. We offer twin and double accommodation with en suite shower facilities in each room, a hospitality tray and complementary toiletries. We have six rooms on the first floor with entry via an outside metal staircase and therefore may not be suitable for anyone with a disability. Our Snug room is tastefully decorated with its own parking outside the room with ground floor access. The rooms are in the centre of Seahouses, two minutes walk to the bustling harbour where boat trips to the Farne Islands depart and is blessed with beautiful beaches and scenery, in the heart of Northumberland which is peppered with historic castles, including Bamburgh and Alnwick (famous for Harry Potter). The village has a variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes within a short walking distance.

"The room was excellent, clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and a fabulous shower room. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay here again. Great to have a cafe next door for our breakfast!"
"The outside staircase that led to our room was rather hazardous, mainly due to the rain. which meant it was very slippy, so you had to watch your step. However, this is a very minor issue and would certainly not prevent me from staying again."

"Really central location, 5 mins walk to harbour and good value for money. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. External pictures don’t do it justice. Next door to Seahouses cafe who do a great breakfast. Also the free parking saved a load of money on the pay and display charges in town."

"Ample parking, the room was clean with a spacious shower room, the room was very quiet overnight (no traffic noise). It was a 2-3 minute walk to the harbour and there were plenty of cafes and eateries. If yo love Italian try 'Insieme' restaurant good food at a reasonable price."

"We were struggling to find accommodation in Penzance in the middle of town that had parking and was reasonably priced. However, moving around to the promenade, which really isn't that far from the town centre, provided everything we had hoped for. It had good onsite parking, a substantial cooked and continental breakfast included (order off the menu) with tables overlooking the promenade and sea (right on the waterfront), and charming historical decor. Our twin room on the second floor was the best surprise - it was gorgeous. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had a big bathroom, plenty of space and a gorgeous bay window overlooking the promenade and sea with views to St Michael's Mount and Newlyn. We spent the late afternoon sitting in the armchairs in front of the bay window enjoying the views. Comfy beds. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Lugger Inn, where we had a delicious dinner. The hotel also has evening meals. The foyer is another cosy area to sit."
