"Information might have been a little better. Finding the property - one needs to drive to the bottom of New Barnstaple Road and just before the traffic lights turn right, signposted Laston House, into a long approach track. Google-maps leaves you stranded on the road. Also, the room did not have any information, e.g. wifi code (this was on the wall downstairs) or places to visit."
